Mr. Lee Lin Jian is the CEO and company Director of Digital Content Culture. Due to his passion and confidence in the industry, he has invested in animation and digital content industry. Although the company is newly set up, Mr. Lee has abig vision to grow this industry. He is looking for the right opportunities and he has already equipped the company with the right team of creative industry experts. With his background in branding, marketing, and digital content know-how, Digital Content is sure to excel.
Upon earning his Bachelor's degree from the National University of Malaysia, he started his corporate career as a conference producer, then worked in advertising & branding focusing on properties, hospitality, FMCG and lifestyle brands. Some of the key accounts that he managed includes Sime Darby, the Banyan Tree, Marriot Bonvoy, and Shangri-La Hotel chain; etc. Upon getting head-hunted to join Selangor Dredging Berhad, he further expanded his ATL & BTL sales and marketing knowledge from the exposure of liaising and coordinating international product launches and marketing campaigns; including social media, animation, KOL engagement, influencer marketing as well as digital content. With all the skills and knowledge he has obtained , he will be able to put Digital Content Culture on the world map.
Goh TianQi

Ms. Goh TianQi is a dynamic and results-driven Ecommerce Marketing expert with a wealth of experience in the Asia Pacific Online Business Department. Since May 2022, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the online presence of Huawei's Consumer Business Group, overseeing strategic initiatives and mega campaigns that have significantly impacted the brand's digital footprint.
In her current role as the Marketing Director, Ms. Goh spearheads more comprehensive Ecommerce media strategies and marketing that extend beyond paid digital marketing.

A key asset to the organization, Ms. Goh adeptly manages internal stakeholder expectations by implementing on-site and off-site media plans, allocating budgets judiciously, forecasting return on investment, and formulating strategic plans. She is a strategic thinker who excels in executing metrics projections. Furthermore, Ms. Goh's analytical acumen shines through in her ability to evaluate campaigns comprehensively, providing valuable post-campaign insights by comparing results over specific periods. Her approach involves a nuanced understanding of annualized data, allowing her to offer strategic recommendations based on a thorough understanding of market trends.
Chin Jian Wei
Script Writer & Film Director
Jian Wei is the film director/scriptwriter of Digital Content Culture Sdn Bhd. He has been given the opportunity to work with Alex Jia, one of the top scriptwriters in China, for China feature film scriptwriting. Jian Wei has contributed and assisted in the script for "Ying Zi Wang" movie script in China. The movie has won the international Venture Gold Award in both Beijing and Xi'an.
He has done script writing and concept art for ‘Chronogate’ Animation Project for Digital Content Culture. He has done 'Metal Gods' animation project under W Animation as well for 'Spitfire'animation project under Say Sheji Group Sdn Bhd. He has also written short sci-fi/ fantasy stories, one of which was shortlisted for the L. Ron Hubbard Writers of the Future award. He has undertaken many copywriting projects for commercials and social media events, as well as content writing for arts and culture publications. In addition, he has done subtitle translations for various projects, such as the movie “Rise: Ini Kalilah”.
Jian Wei is a young talented Film Director and Scriptwriter who is deeply passionate about writing meaningful stories that will resonate with viewers. He longs to share his ideas with the world, whether in film or prose.
Lee Cheow Hee
Concept Artist
Started Career as a book Illustrator. Was Junior Visualiser in an Advertising Co Art Director, with 5 artists copywriter, with 5 artists Airbrush Artist, with 3 artists 3D artist, with 15 artists Architectural Perspetive artist and animator through the years between 8 to 12 artists.
Softwares : Photoshop, Painter, Adobe Premier, Lightwave 3D, 3D Studio Max.
Awards : Gold Award for Illustration, Kancil Awards. My Cyberjaya Gold Award for 3D animation. My Cyberjaya Gold Awards for 2D animation. My Merit Award for 3D animation at Comgraph Sing.
He Qin
Producer & Distributor
Mr. He Qin is a highly accomplished professional serving as the China Executive Producer and distributor at A True Film Beijing Co., Ltd. With extensive experience as a film producer for co-productions, he possesses comprehensive knowledge of the entire film production and distribution process. Mr. He Qin has established a vast network of resources, particularly in the China film industry, including access to talented writers and a strong distribution network.
With over 16 years of experience in content check for imported films in China, Mr. He Qin has gained valuable expertise in ensuring compliance and quality control. Since 2014, he has also represented the Montreal World Film Festival in China, playing a pivotal role in selecting official entries for Chinese films.
One of Mr. He Qin's notable works is the film "ROAD TO THE SKY," which explores the historical context of the Burma Road during World War II. The film garnered immense acclaim, receiving nominations from 40 international film festivals. With 20 international premieres and 24 awards to its name, "ROAD TO THE SKY" made its debut in China in November 2017, captivating audiences nationwide.
Mr. He Qin is actively engaged in multiple Sino-Foreign co-productions, including the China-Australian co-production "MISSION NOW," an action film executive produced by the renowned Chinese Kung Fu Master, Samuel Huang. Additionally, he is involved in "AVANACHI," a China-American co-production that delves into the remarkable story of the Flying Tigers during World War II.
With his extensive industry experience and involvement in notable projects, Mr. He Qin is a respected figure in the film industry, contributing to the success and growth of Sino-Foreign co-productions and expanding the reach of Chinese cinema on the global stage.
